Return & Refund Policy

We want you, and your pets, to love your Paws CLE order. Because our shop includes everything from handmade goods to pet treats, return eligibility varies by product type.

Apothecary & Paws Prints

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Where applicable, products must be in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been opened, used, worn, washed, applied, burned, or otherwise used cannot be returned unless there is a product-quality issue.

Paws Treatery

Because pet treats are food products and cannot be resold once they leave our hands, we do not offer any returns. If you have issues or concerns with your Treatery order, we will process a refund without return. These refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If your pet refuses the treats, experiences an unexpected reaction, or you have a concern about the quality or condition of your order, please contact us and we’ll work with you to find an appropriate solution. Refunded treats are never placed back into inventory or resold.

Rescue Stickers

All Rescue Sticker sales are final and non-refundable. Because 100% of Rescue Sticker revenue is designated for our featured nonprofit partner, these purchases are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.
