1. About Paws & Co.

Paws & Co. is a Cleveland, Ohio-based small business offering pet treats, pet apothecary products, apparel, accessories, gifts, home goods, bath and body products, and other related merchandise.

Our primary website is pawscleveland.com. Products offered through Shopify or the Shop app may represent only a portion of our full catalog.

2. Eligibility and Service Area

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

At this time, shipped orders are available within Ohio only. Local delivery may be available in designated areas around Greater Cleveland when offered at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled within our service area.

3. Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display product names, descriptions, ingredients or materials, sizes, colors, pricing, availability, and photographs.

Because many Paws & Co. products are handmade or produced in small batches, minor differences in appearance, shape, color, texture, placement, or finish may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Product packaging, ingredients, materials, designs, availability, or specifications may occasionally change. The information shown on the applicable product page at the time of purchase controls.

4. Pet Treats and Pet Products

Pet treats are intended for the species identified on the product packaging and are intended for intermittent or supplemental feeding unless otherwise stated.

Always supervise pets while enjoying treats, toys, or other products when appropriate. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and product information before giving any item to a pet.

Paws & Co. products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and are not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Contact your veterinarian regarding allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or other questions specific to your pet.

5. Human Bath, Body, and Home Products

Bath, body, fragrance, wax, room, linen, and similar products should be used only as directed.

Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs. Keep products away from children and pets when appropriate, and follow all product-specific warnings and instructions.

Individual sensitivity to fragrances, essential oils, cosmetic ingredients, or other materials can vary.

6. Orders and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due at checkout. Orders placed through Shopify or the Shop app are processed using the payment methods available through Shopify.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, reject orders, correct pricing or product-information errors, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.

7. Shipping and Local Delivery

Shipping and fulfillment are governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Paws & Co. currently ships within Ohio only. Processing dates, shipping schedules, delivery estimates, rates, free-shipping thresholds, expedited treatment of certain products, and local-delivery availability are described in the Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery or shipping address.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy.

Because our catalog includes food, personal-care, handmade, customized, and other product categories, eligibility for returns or refunds may vary by product.

9. Availability and Order Cycles

Some Paws & Co. products are produced according to scheduled ordering and fulfillment cycles rather than being kept continuously in finished inventory.

Product availability, order cutoffs, fulfillment dates, and delivery or shipping schedules may therefore vary.

Placing an order does not guarantee availability if an inventory, technical, pricing, or fulfillment error occurs. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will contact you regarding the available resolution.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discounts, promotional offers, coupon codes, free-shipping offers, and other promotions may be subject to additional conditions, expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase amounts, or usage limits.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to modify or end a promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All Paws & Co. branding, logos, product names, original artwork, photographs, graphics, website content, written content, packaging concepts, and other original materials are owned by Paws & Co. or used with permission from the applicable creator.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, or commercially use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

Artwork or designs created by independent collaborators remain subject to any applicable ownership or licensing arrangements.

12. Reviews, Photos, and Customer Content

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, message, testimonial, or other content to Paws & Co., you represent that you have the right to provide that content.

We will not use privately submitted customer or pet photographs for public marketing without appropriate permission.

Separate permissions may be requested for promotional use, contests, custom products, customer features, or other programs.

Our store may use or link to third-party services including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, social media platforms, and other service providers.

Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies. Paws & Co. is not responsible for the operation of third-party websites or services outside our control.

We do not guarantee that the website, Shop app listing, checkout, or other online services will always operate without interruption or error.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Paws & Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products.
